Ashley Wadsworth, 19, was found stabbed to death in bed at Jack Sepple’s Chelmsford home while he lay next to her looking at his phone. Yesterday Sepple, 23, admitted murdering Wadsworth, who had made her first trip abroad to meet him. Friends said Wadsworth tried to book flights back to Vernon, British Columbia, two days before she was killed in February, but was told she must wait for the results of a Covid-19 test before flying. He was on a six-month tourist visa and had arrived in Britain in November last year. Jack Sapple told police: ‘I’m psychotic’ Wadsworth had said
