Edmonton police say members are looking for Clarence Lawrence, 25, in the area of Hermitage Street and Henry Avenue with a knife. A press release sent out at 3:30 p.m. said a heavy police presence is expected while police search for the suspect. Police say they believe the attacks are random. Lawrence is described as having curly black hair and wearing beige khakis, white shoes and a dark sweatshirt. Witnesses described him as unkempt and unkempt.
