As well as experimenting with cheeky bangs and blonde highlights over the years, she also sported a shoulder-length haircut in the summer of 2017 after anonymously donating seven centimeters of hair to a charity called the Little Princess Trust. The Herefordshire-based organization makes wigs from real hair and donates them to children who have lost their hair through chemotherapy or radiation treatments. “It’s wonderful to think that someone, somewhere — probably more than one person — has received a wig containing Princess Kate’s hair,” Helen Creese, a spokeswoman for the charity, told PEOPLE. “It’s a really great thought and it’s fantastic for awareness, as well as great hair – we all crave that hair!” Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, accompanied by their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, arrive for afternoon grooming at Lambrook School, near Ascot in Berkshire PA Prince George, Kate Middleton, Prince Louis, Prince William and Princess Charlotte Can’t get enough of PEOPLE’s Royals coverage?
